How Do I Get Teeth-in-a-Day?

We use teeth-in-a-day dental implants to restore your smile. It involves connecting a bridge to supporting implanted posts for a secure foundation.

How Does It Work?

  • During an initial consultation, we ask that you discuss your smile goals with your doctor. Your doctor will perform a comprehensive oral exam in addition to taking X-rays or digital images of your mouth and teeth.
  • Once deciding to move forward, impressions, photos and records of your mouth and face will be taken to create your custom smile. We use our Signature Smile Design method for this.
  • The bad teeth are removed, and implants are placed. Temporary teeth are placed on the dental implants while your mouth heals.
  • You will come in for consecutive visits to help ensure you have a safe and positive recovery.
  • After the healing period, which can last three months, our dentists will make the final adjustments to your teeth, allowing for optimal functionality and aesthetics for your permanent teeth.

Dr. Kyle Kromrey, DMD, FAGD, FICOI

Dr. Kyle Kromrey was born and raised in South Florida, graduating from the University of Florida with undergraduate studies and his Doctor of Dental Medicine. Go Gators! Upon graduation from dental school, he received additional training for advanced dental care in Cape Coral, Florida, in a private practice setting. He then moved to Palm Beach County and continues to serve patients nationwide, while constantly expanding his knowledge through extensive ongoing training and continuing education. Dr. Kromrey is a fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists and the American Academy of Implant Dentistry. He is a member of the American Dental Association®, Florida Dental Association, Atlantic Coast District Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry. Driven by his passion for dentistry, Dr. Kromrey believes strongly in continuing education and attends courses regularly to stay up to date with all of the new technology and services available for patients. He uses his experience and knowledge with implant, laser and aesthetic dentistry, and full mouth reconstruction, to educate his patients so that they can make informed decisions and be an integral part of the treatment planning process.
